IEP and Special Education Review: I’ll help you understand each step of the IEP process and empower you to feel confident in advocating for your child’s special education. 

• Gather your input: I’ll work closely with you to understand your child’s strengths, needs, and how they learn best, recognizing that you know your child better than anyone

• School observation: I’ll observe your child in their school environment to assess program effectiveness and better inform tailored recommendations.

• Document review: I’ll thoroughly review evaluations, progress reports, and other documents to identify strengths, gaps, and areas for improvement.

• Email Correspondence: I’ll assist in crafting and reviewing email communications with your child’s education team.

• IEP Meeting Support: During IEP team meetings, I’ll be by your side to advocate for the services, supports, and accommodations your child needs.

• Progress Reviews: After the IEP meeting, I’ll review your child’s quarterly progress to evaluate the plan’s effectiveness and assist in making adjustments as needed.

• Collaborative Problem-Solving: If challenges arise, I’ll work with you to find solutions in the best interest of your child.
